We bought our great HNF Nicolai CD2 cargo bike there. The advice and service were really wonderful! The nice gentleman in the warehouse assembled the bike for us within a day and made it available for us to test ride. That went really quickly. Mr. Möhlmeyer, who was responsible for us in the store, looked after us very kindly and competently throughout the entire purchase and since then has always been available and exceptionally helpful if we have any further questions! We are happy to have ridden from Aachen to Grevenbroich for our new bike. Thanks for the great experience. We'd love to come back!

After detailed and competent advice at the Gazelle test center in Mönchengladbach, my wife decided on the Gazelle Avignon C 380 HMB. While searching the internet for a good deal, we came across Fahrrad Kraus in Grevenbroich. Contacting us via classified ads and clarifying some details was quick and easy, so we made an appointment for the next day. The Pedelec we wanted was ready in the shop. And although we had already decided on this model, the features of the Pedelec were explained to us again in a calm manner and we were offered a test ride. We were happy to use them and adapt the bike to my wife's individual needs. Convinced of the competence and good advice, I then looked around for a Pedelec for myself. Due to my equipment requirements and my body length of 191 cm, there weren't really many models that were an option for me, which I discovered during my previous research and a visit to another bike shop. I ultimately decided on the Koga Pace B10 Suspension. Here too, a quick internet search revealed that the price quoted by Fahrrad Kraus was really good. In a few days I will receive my Koga in the desired configuration. A clear recommendation for Fahrrad Kraus, would be happy to come again at any time.

In collaboration with an employee leasing provider, I bought/leased a full-suspension enduro e-bike from Fahrrad Kraus. The purchase took place online, advice and processing took place over the phone. At the time of purchase, the price of just under €4,800 (RRP currently €6,999) was outstanding compared to other dealers. I made the leasing request directly via the dealer's website and was promptly contacted by phone for further advice. The advice related to the size of the frame, the leasing accessories and the processing of the leasing contract and the associated insurance options. The advice was competent and the employees (all employees without exception) were extremely friendly. After the modalities had been clarified, the leasing application was forwarded by the dealer to the leasing provider. After I received the release code and sent it to the dealer, the bike and accessories were delivered by courier a week later. The bike was properly pre-assembled. The spokes were properly tightened (a common deficiency in pure inline dealers), the SAG of the chassis was preset at 25/30%, and the rebound damper on the fork and frame damper were preset. All I had to do was screw on the pedals, straighten the handlebars, fully inflate the tires and personalize the whole setup. As expected, after the first two weeks after commissioning, I had to readjust the rear derailleur and shift cable tension. As soon as the brakes are "braked in", I will have to bleed them again In the third week after commissioning, the combination lock supplied was defective. All I had to do was send Fahrrad-Kraus an email with photos of the defect and I promptly received a replacement with a return slip enclosed. Everything completely stress-free. You can tell that Fahrrad-Kraus is a stationary bicycle retailer with know-how and not a purely online retailer. I can highly recommend Fahrrad-Kraus and would shop there again at any time (including online).

Top advice and customer service. Had 2 bikes in the workshop and experienced great service. Full cost transparency and always get status information. Then get great advice for an e-bike and experience a smooth process here too. The leasing is clarified within a very short time and the bike can be picked up directly. Accessories were all mounted and the bike loaded. Absolute recommendation for anyone who needs a new bike or needs repairs/maintenance. We will be back! 👍👍

Unfortunately not so good...⭐️⭐️ despite an appealing selection. Too bad. My new bike didn't correspond to what I wanted at all. Despite advice. Which is why we were here and not at the discount store. It was supposed to be a trekking bike. So an all-rounder for touring and everyday life. However, I was now told that a chain guard cannot be retrofitted and it had a technical gimmick that I was not aware of. There was a lever on the steering wheel that lets the seat fall down 😱. Does anyone know this 🤔It's supposed to ensure comfort at the traffic lights 🤨. I found my experience with it to be rather dangerous🫣 because if you accidentally touch it, you will jump down. That shouldn't be possible to fix at first. But thank God that has now been taken care of. Another ⭐️ for mutual expression of understanding. Unfortunately I couldn't assign any more. Because on several occasions the communication within the company itself was simply not consistent. Appointments have not been entered. The spare part was initially looked for even though we were notified that it was there and an invoice was written even though we were supposed to receive goodwill. Unfortunately, the customer is then sent back and forth from the workshop to the sale for clarification or looks for the emails that the house also received. At some point, the pleasant communication we had before will no longer be of any use. My conclusion is that it's a pretty expensive bike with things I never wanted 😓. 🫣Unfortunately there are further complaints after the last visit. On the one hand, my husband is still complaining that his bike is squeaking and this is now for the 3rd time in a row. Unfortunately without success. During the last inspection, what I call the ejector seat was removed. Now I have a switch that doesn't work and in the process something on the chain was adjusted. Since then I have had a noise similar to a relay. Comparable to the turn signal in a car. The faster I drive, the faster it clicks. If you do the whole thing mechanically...so you turn the tire by hand...nothing happens! For me it doesn't come from the front but from behind....🤔 It's now the second summer without driving fun. The Krause team has so far been unable to do anything with sound/recordings of squeaks and clacks. We've been waiting for a few days now for them to let us know when they're coming over for a test drive and to fix the problems. We're slowly just getting annoyed and frustrated. It's a shame if you regret your purchase so much. But we would love to have our 6,800 euros of money back and two fewer problems 😓 Addendum: After all the putting off, another appointment was made for Monday, which was canceled on Saturday evening without any explanation. There was no reply to our email about what this was about. Weeks later, after a lot of drama, someone finally came to us over the phone as previously discussed. After the test drive and inspection, we were told that there was too much play in the steering head bearing on my husband's bike, which is probably not safe! If my bike was making a clacking noise, you wouldn't have any idea what it could be. Now let's come to the end. At first they wanted to take the bikes with us for an indefinite period of time without replacing them. It was then said that if we were dissatisfied we could sue. We made it clear that if it came to that, we would probably have to talk about the danger, but we would like to finally put an end to it. After a long back and forth, their first offer from Fahrad Krause was a 25% discount. On the second day of negotiations of 6850 for both bikes we received the offer of 6185 refund. Both bikes were picked up the next morning. That went quickly🙏We would never buy here again, that was a lesson for us. Pure money burning 💰🔥But just make up your own mind. If the bikes go on sale again, I hope for the buyers that the repairs were more successful this time. I had to pull off a 🌟. Because of communication.
